The largest passive technology house in the country—Roanoke, VA Taylor Brothers turnkeyed the framing for this house. It was my first time working with Taylor Brothers as the framing sub. With it also being the largest PASSIVHAUS home built in America, this house was a very specialized job. Communication and dependability were key traits as we met and exceeded testing deadlines for the house. Precision framing was critical for the blower test required for this type of house. We exceeded expectations with the pass rate. Taylor Brothers did a commendable job. Structures is currently working with them on additional projects.

Taylor Brothers was awarded the turnkey framing and James Hardie siding scopes for this large project. Taylor Brothers is on the job site every day. They have been a pleasure to work with. They are managing the work and they understand the critical deadlines Thor has to meet . It is critical that residents can move in on the projected date and the project can produce cash flow as anticipated. I look forward to working with Taylor Brothers in the future.
